All quotes, availability, bookings, contracts, payments, cancellations, refunds, and services are handled exclusively by third-party charter providers. Any agreement entered into is strictly between you and the charter provider.

4. Lead Submission & Information Sharing

By submitting a form or inquiry through the Website, you expressly agree that:

  • Your submitted information may be shared and/or sold to up to three (3) independent yacht charter companies
  • These companies may contact you directly by email, phone, or text message
  • The purpose of such contact is to provide charter quotes, availability, and related information

  • Availability of yachts
  • Accuracy of quotes
  • Pricing
  • Quality or condition of vessels
